1. Creating New Entries(Review)
initiation: 10 pts to earn when one name is approved and published.
For moderators: Automatically earn 10 pts after being published

2. Editing Existing Entries (Review)
- Sections are divided into fixed sections and blank sections(non-fixed sections). Adding content to a fixed section will automatically calculate the score, adding a blank section requires filling in the score according to the existing reward rules(NOTION-REWARD).
- The blank sections that need to be scored are also featured sections for each entry, with creativity, originality, and complexity. So rating this section based on content and by way of writer self-rating + mod re-assessment will greatly increase fairness. Also, writer self-rating is not compulsory, and this feature is available to writers who need to self-rating to confirm their scores.
NOTE: The moderator's job responsibility on rating score is not to evaluate the writer's work, but rather to assign points to the writer based on the existing reward rating rules(NOTION-REWARD).
For moderators
The launch of this system will increase the workload and importance of moderators, so please be sure to familiarize yourself again with the scoring criteria for each section. (Check out NOTION-REWARD and Google Drive-Template)
Moderators need to double-check scores for all sections:
If the writer makes a type checkbox, the moderator needs to confirm it, and if the writer ticks the wrong type, the moderator needs to make a second change to correct the type for the section.
If the writer does not complete the self-rating and submits an entry with content, the moderator needs to check the section type and score it.
- For fixed sections with fixed scores, these sections just need to confirm the editing type. You need to check whether the editor self-rating and confirm that writers have completed the section in its entirety. The system will automatically calculate the score.
- For blank sections(non-fixed sections), these sections need to be reviewed and scored. You need to check whether the editor self-rating and comfirm that the completion of the content is complete to give a final score.
1. Fixed sections
For a new existing entry, the section that already has a name is the fixed section.
